Includes trailer hitch and sway bars. HUGE awning! Gas stove, fridge, water heater, microwave, am/fm cassette, furnace and air conditioner all work well. Has full set of storm windows! Could use new tires and mattress. We have always had it hooked up to water and electric, so the condition of the battery and water pump are unknown.
This travel trailer is located on a nice lot at Mallard Bay Resort on Clear Lake. Would make someone an excellent weekend get-away. It could also be moved to your location. Would make a great hunting cabin!
